Here is a list of repairs we did in our shop:
Check and adjust coolant freeze point to -34 deg. F
Repair battery cable. Replace battery and master shut off switch.
Install new articulation joint pins and bushings.
Install new front engine side panels.
Pull winch, tear down, inspect and replace all seals, shims, piston rings & gaskets.
Reinstall winch with new winch driveshaft, 3 bells and a 5/8″ x125′ mainline.
Resealed / repaired leaking hydraulic cylinders.
Resealed wheel-end brake piston seals.
Rebuilt starter.
Resealed brake valve.
Install new grapple rotate switch.
Recover seat.
Refill all axles, transmission and hydraulic tank.
